Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Pacific Northwest Outdoor Store LLC ships merchandise only to locations within the United States and not to international locations. Nor does Pacific Northwest Outdoor Store LLC ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. We can not ship to a Post Office since we ship via UPS and FedEx. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Damaged or lost goods are the sole responsibility of the carrier. Title of merchandise passes to customer on delivery to common carrier. All items should be thoroughly inspected upon arrival to ensure they are in good working order. All claims must be filed by the customer through the carrier. We are not responsible for claim services. Upon carrier approval, refunds and/or exchanges will then be carried out.

Sales Tax

Return Policy (no returns for firearms)
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed. Pacific Northwest Outdoor Store LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Return requests MUST be made within 10 days to be accepted as our suppliers do not allow a late returns grace period. On most new equipment (unless otherwise noted), items may be returned for a full refund (minus freight charges and 15% restocking fee) within 10 days of date of delivery, provided the items are returned to us freight pre-paid and have received an authorization to be returned. If you receive a defective Item from us, contact us immediately and include your invoice number. We will arrange pick up the defective item and send you a new one. Items may be returned only in the original packing, and all documentation must be included. Based on the manufacturers and our supplying warehouse's policies, some defective products must be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
If your shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival do not accept the shipment. If after you open your shipment you find that you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of package for a Return Authorization Number..
All purchases are subject to developer and distributor return policies. Scopes that have been mounted on firearms we consider to be in USED Condition and will not be accepted for return. We are unable to process returns on ammunition due to liability and safety issues. Items may be returned only in the original packing, and all documentation must be included. Based on the manufacturers and our supplying warehouse's policies, some defective products must be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

For a more prompt exchange/refund, please keep your invoice and call to obtain a return authorization number. If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:

-Return in original packaging
-Return to the Pacific Northwest Outdoor Store within (10) days
-Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
-RMA # (contact Pacific Northwest Outdoor Store)
- Merchandise returned for exchange- will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus a shipping charge.
-Merchandise returned for refund- will be charged a 15% restocking fee - $3.00 minimum.

If the merchandise you wish to receive is out of stock, a refund/credit will be issued promptly.  All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.
